Samiran has over three decades of Operations experience in pharmaceutical, foods, beverages, and chemicals industries (Dr. Reddy’s, PepsiCo, Unilever, Diageo, British Petroleum, ICI and) for their India based/headquartered operations. In his most recent experiences, he has contributed in conceptualizing and implementing supply and manufacturing strategies for these organizations. He has leveraged innovation and technology to enhance operating efficiencies through structured transformational programs while ensuring their institutionalization for sustained benefits and continuous improvement. He is experienced in applying principles of ‘Connected Enterprise’ leveraging Big Data, IoT and Artificial Intelligence for business intelligence and enhancing operating efficiencies. As Executive / Management Council members of the companies he worked in the last 20 years, he was collectively responsible for their multi-year business strategy while having direct oversight and accountability of his core functions viz manufacturing, logistics, procurement, technology transfer, engineering and projects.
